Inuyasha, Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Yu-Gi-Oh are just some of the more popular shows from Japan. However, anime and manga are not just for kids. In fact, anime and manga are a cradle-to-grave industry in Japan, meaning that there is something for everyone, regardless of thier age.  As the popularity of anime grows here, more shows are appearing on TV that appeal to an older, more sophisticated audience (Ghost in the Shell, Fullmetal Alchemist). Anime 101 is Morgan HIll's only source of manga, anime, and all the fun collectibles for your favorite shows like: Yu Gi Oh, Inuyasha, Bleach, Naruto, Fruits Basket and more. Why wait weeks or even months for a title or volume to come into the library or one of those large, chain bookstores, when a quick drive will have you at a store that caters just for you, the anime and manga fan. Thrifty fans should note, we never raise the price of books above SRP (unless they are signed), unlike B**rders or  B**nes & N**ble.

Here, we make every effort to get new titles and volumes as they are released. Take advantage of our free subscription service and you can be sure to get the latest volumes and titles first. We have a wide range of materials in stock and we routinely import goods from Japan, with new items coming into the store every week.

There's nothing better than the fresh ink smell of a new manga. Why settle for a read-to-death copy at the library when you can be the one to crease the binding on a new book.  While you enjoy your new book, nothing is better than a box of Pocky to go along with it and we have a wide assortment of flavors and styles to chose from.

At Anime 101, we also have the largest collection of Pencil Boards (shitajiki) and Clearfiles for sale in the entire Californian Bay Area. Impress your friends when you write them notes (or take class notes) on authentic Japanese stationary with your favorite character on them.

For older fans, we also have doujinshi available upon request. We take pride in finding wacky and wild character goods of all types, so be prepared to find those items in our store and nowhere else!

Want trading cards like Yu-Gi-Oh, Bleach, Naruto, Pokemon, and Bella Sara? We are the only store in the Morgan Hill area to carry a number of these card games and we're the cheapest on 1st edition cards as well. Plus we have a number of collectable  tins and card covers to make sure your cards stay brand new.

Our store is a well-lit, exciting place for fans of types to come together. We also have a club room available for Anime Clubs, Meet Up Groups, Table Top Gaming, Card Tournaments and more.
